Do you sell to clients outside the United States?
No. We sell exclusively to clients in the United States. Insured U.S. delivery, from $45 and complimentary on rugs $3,500 and up.
Can I see a rug in my home before deciding?
Yes — in the Greater Boston area we offer personal in-home previews. Everywhere else in the U.S., every rug comes with a 14-day home trial · free return pickup. Live with it for 14 days. If it isn't right, we arrange the return pickup at no cost and refund the rug in full.
Are there delivery fees?
Every U.S. delivery is insured, and the rate is set by order value at checkout: $45 under $500 · $75 under $1,000 · $95 under $2,000 · $125 under $3,500 · complimentary from $3,500. Boston-area in-home preview is at no charge.
