Raihan Rugs delivers to collectors, interior designers, and private residences throughout the United States.
Each rug is professionally inspected, documented, and securely packaged before leaving our Greater Boston atelier to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.
Insured U.S. delivery, from $45 and complimentary on rugs $3,500 and up.
Every shipment is fully insured and tracked, and a signature is required on orders over $1,000. If you have stairs, a narrow doorway, or building rules to plan around, tell us before your rug ships and we will plan the delivery with you.
Delivery Rates
The delivery rate is set by your order value and shown at checkout before you pay:

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Tracking details will be provided once your rug has been dispatched.

14-Day Home Trial
Selecting a handmade rug is a personal decision, and we want every piece to feel right in your space.
Live with it for 14 days. If it isn't right, we arrange the return pickup at no cost and refund the rug in full.
To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number: email Raihanrugs@gmail.com or call or text +1 857 313 9458. We schedule the pickup with you.
Returned rugs must meet the following conditions:
• Return requested within 14 days of delivery
• In the condition it arrived
• Free of new stains, odors, or damage
• Carefully rolled and wrapped to protect the rug for the pickup
Return pickup is free, and nothing is deducted from the refund of the rug price.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a rug arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will work promptly to arrange a replacement or return.
Photographs of the packaging and rug may be required for insurance documentation.

Do you offer free shipping on rugs?
On rugs $3,500 and up, yes. Insured U.S. delivery, from $45 and complimentary on rugs $3,500 and up. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay: $45 under $500 · $75 under $1,000 · $95 under $2,000 · $125 under $3,500 · complimentary from $3,500. Each rug is professionally packaged to protect the fibers and structure during transit.
How long does delivery take?
Most rugs ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
Do you ship handmade rugs internationally?
Not at the moment. Currently shipping within the United States.
Can I return a rug if it does not fit my space?
Yes. Live with it for 14 days. If it isn't right, we arrange the return pickup at no cost and refund the rug in full. Contact our team within 14 days of delivery and we will schedule the pickup.
Are your rugs authentic handmade pieces?
Yes. Every rug we sell is made entirely by hand in Afghanistan using traditional techniques: pile rugs are hand-knotted and kilims are handwoven flat-weave. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. Raihan Rugs welcomes interior designers and architects. We offer private consultations, rug sourcing assistance, and support for residential and commercial design projects.
