Is there a minimum order?
No. Trade pricing applies to every order, single piece or multi-room.
How does memo work?
We ship pre-approved pieces to your studio or your client's home for in-situ review. Standard memo window is 7–10 days, extendable. If the piece returns, we arrange the return pickup at no cost.
Can you ghost-ship to my client?
Yes — we can ship anonymously with no Raihan Rugs branding on packaging or paperwork, billed to your firm.
Do you commission custom rugs for designer projects?
Yes. Custom commissions in size, palette, and design typically require 4–9 months depending on knot density and complexity. We coordinate directly with the weaving partner.
