Can you deliver to gated communities like Bel Air or Trousdale?+
Yes. We coordinate gate access through your security or estate manager 48 hours in advance. White-glove team will not enter without proper authorization. Two-person delivery includes inside placement.
What if the rug doesn't work once it's in my LA home?+
Our 14-day at-home approval period exists for exactly this. Receive the rug, live with it under your light, against your furniture. If it doesn't suit, return within 14 days for a full refund (less return shipping, typically $200–$500 for cross-country return).
Are your rugs better than Ben Soleimani or Mansour?+
Different. Our rugs are one-of-one (truly singular pieces, not re-orderable lines). We curate from direct artisan sources in northern Afghanistan and Turkey, not through intermediary dealers. Free white-glove delivery (most competitors charge $350–$2,000). 14-day at-home approval (rare in this market). The trade-off: no LA physical showroom — viewing is video, in-home, or Boston atelier.
