Do you sell to clients outside the United States?
No. We sell exclusively to clients in the United States. We can ship white-glove to all 50 states.
Can I see a rug in my home before deciding?
Yes — in the Greater Boston area we offer white-glove in-home previews. For other U.S. metros, we offer a 14-day return window, white-glove pickup included.
Are there delivery fees?
White-glove delivery and full insurance are included on every U.S. shipment. Boston-area in-home preview is also at no charge.
